A Global Secular Bill of Rights

After seeing the US State Department’s recent report on International Religious Freedom, Secular Global Institute Communicator Jim Downard created a Global Secular Bill of Rights as a call to arms and details on the scale of the problem based on other surveys of persecution around the world and the population figures.  The full text is available below.
